RoadkillRon's MoMo's Corn Macque Choux

6 oz (1/2 jar) RoadkillRon's Mild or XXX Hot Salsa
1 can (14 oz.) cream style corn
1 can (10 oz.) whole kernel corn
1 tablespoon sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 package dry onion soup mix
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced bell pepper
1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic

Mix all the ingredients and cook until thickened.
